How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Most displays start at $1,000, and our average residential display runs about $1,600. What moves the price is how much you want lit: roof lines, wreaths, ground stakes, bushes, and trees. Commercial properties are quoted based on the building.
Do you provide the lights, or can you hang mine?
We install our own commercial-grade lights only. We do not hang customer-owned lights.
What is included in the price?
Everything. We design the display around what you are picturing, supply the product, install it, and maintain it through the season. We take it down in early January and store it until next year. It works as a lease, so the lights stay ours and the whole service is one price.
When do you install, and when should I book?
We start installing in late October for returning customers and new clients. You can call any time of year to get on the schedule.
What happens if a bulb burns out or a section goes dark?
We come out and fix it, typically the same day or the next. Repairs are covered through December 25. After Christmas most customers simply turn the display off, but if you want it repaired we will still come out.
When do you take the lights down?
Early January, depending on the weather. Snow and ice on the ground and in the gutters is what dictates when we can get to takedowns, so the exact date moves with conditions. Takedown is part of the service, not an add-on.
Where do the lights go in the off-season?
We store them at our facility. The lights are ours and part of the service, so there is nothing for you to box up or find room for in the garage.
What is permanent lighting and how is it different?
Permanent lighting is low-profile RGBW LED installed once and left up year round. You change colors from your phone for holidays, game days, or everyday accent and security lighting. It runs about three times a traditional seasonal display, but you have it every day of the year instead of six weeks. The LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours and come with a warranty.
What will you light up?
Roof lines, trees, wreaths, ground stakes, and bushes. There is very little we cannot light.
Do you do commercial properties and HOAs?
Yes. Commercial buildings, businesses, and HOA neighborhood entrances, priced the same way as residential.
How do I get scheduled, and do you offer discounts?
Once you approve your design, we put a card on file and that locks in your install date. Returning customers get a discount.
