Most of Cold Spring went up in a specific window. The 41076 area added about 1,817 homes in the 1990s and another 1,593 in the 2000s. Underneath that there is an older layer, with something like 448 units built before 1939 and neighborhoods dating to the 1940s.
The dominant look is what the trade calls a Brick New Traditional, common throughout the city, with the average single family home around 1,788 square feet on a lot of roughly a third of an acre.
